Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a series of impassioned speeches during public rallies in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly and Agra, reaffirms the resounding call for 'Phir ek baar Modi Sarkar' echoing across the nation. Addressing the crowd in Bareilly, Modi reflects on his extensive election tour, declaring, "From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, I went on an election tour to many states and got the opportunity to address public meetings and only one voice is coming from every corner of India that is Phir ek baar Modi Sarkar."

In Agra, Modi launches a scathing attack on the SP-Congress alliance, accusing them of corruption and malpractice. He questions the electorate, asking, "Will you let go of your property to the corrupt SP-Congress alliance? Before looting the SC, ST, and OBC rights and eyeing women's mangalsutra..." With fervor, he asserts, "'Jab tak Modi zinda hai, aisa koi bhi paap karne se pehle aapko Modi se nipatna padega' (As long as Modi is alive, to commit any sin, they should deal with Modi first)." Modi further criticizes the Congress party, alleging that their advocacy for reservation based on religion is an insult to Baba Saheb Ambedkar and the Constitution. He declares, "It was clear after Independence that reservation cannot be given based on religion...Congress is such a party which insults Baba Saheb Ambedkar daily, insults the Constitution and tears apart social justice."

Furthermore, Modi underscores the significance of India's rising power and the establishment of a defence corridor in Uttar Pradesh. He asserts the nation's commitment to self-reliance in defence manufacturing, proclaiming, "Now, as a defence corridor is being built here, weapons will be manufactured here for the country's army to become self-reliant and to export to the world. They do not want the country's army to become self-reliant." Modi concludes by soliciting the electorate's support for the vision of 'Viksit Bharat', emphasizing the unity behind the rallying cry, 'Phir ek baar Modi sarkar'.
